ClawCraze is a free iOS arcade game published by Think New Creative Solutions LLC ("ClawCraze," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ClawCraze, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By downloading or using ClawCraze, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We collect the following categories of information: Account Information — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and a unique identifier from the sign-in provider. We use this to create and identify your account. Gameplay & Progress Data — Your collection progress, prizes caught, machine history, token balance, turn activity, and in-app achievements are stored so your progress is preserved across sessions and devices. Purchase Records — When you purchase token packs through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes the payment and we receive a transaction receipt. We record the package purchased, token amount, and timestamp. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card information. Usage & Device Analytics — We collect gameplay events (machine entered, claw dropped, prize caught), session start/end times, and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version). This helps us understand how the app is used and improve it. Support Communications — If you contact us at support@clawcraze.app, we retain the content of that communication to respond to you and to improve our support. Live Room Activity — In shared machine rooms, your username, avatar, and queue activity are visible to other players in the same room in real time. See the "Live/Multiplayer Visibility" section below.

We use the information we collect to: • Operate, maintain, and improve ClawCraze • Create and manage your account • Verify in-app purchases and credit your token balance • Record and display your prize collection and progress • Operate live shared machine rooms • Send transactional communications (account confirmation, purchase receipts) via Resend • Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse • Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features • Respond to your support requests • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations We do not use your information for targeted advertising, nor do we sell your personal data to any third party.

We share your information only as described below. We do not sell personal data. Service Providers — We share data with vendors who help us operate ClawCraze, including: • Apple — Processes in-app purchases; subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. • Google / Apple Sign-In — Provides authentication; subject to Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies. • Firebase / Google Cloud — Provides our authentication system, database hosting, and server infrastructure; subject to Google's Privacy Policy. • Resend — Delivers transactional emails (e.g., receipts); receives your email address for that purpose only. • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Hosts our servers and storage; subject to AWS's Privacy Policy. Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClawCraze, our users, or others. Business Transfers — If Think New Creative Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Token packs are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card or billing details. Token credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. You may submit refund requests directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We reserve the right to modify token pricing, package contents, and availability at any time with reasonable notice.

ClawCraze features shared live machine rooms in which multiple players can observe the same game round. When you are active in a machine room, the following information is visible to other players in that room: • Your in-app username and avatar • Your position in the queue and turn status • Your reactions (if you send them) This visibility is core to the live arcade experience. Please choose a username you are comfortable displaying publicly within the app. We do not transmit your email address or real name to other players.

We retain your account data and gameplay records for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as purchase transaction records, which we may retain for up to 7 years for accounting and legal purposes). To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@clawcraze.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict certain processing • Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format) To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@clawcraze.app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not have actual knowledge of selling the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

ClawCraze is rated 4+ on the App Store and is intended for general audiences. However, ClawCraze is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@clawcraze.app and we will promptly delete that information from our systems. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international equivalents.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), authentication controls via Firebase, and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to protect your account credentials.

ClawCraze is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using ClawCraze, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal data include: performance of our contract with you (providing the game), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, improving the app), your consent (where we rely on it), and compliance with legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email (if we have your email address) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ClawCraze after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
